By Eric Henderson

Today I want to address one of the most common questions from business owners and entrepreneurs have on a daily basis and that is, "How to start blogging, fast?"

Since you are reading this, I assume that you already know the importance of blogging and now you're looking for ways or solutions on how to start blogging successfully - as fast as possible. You want to start utilizing your blog so that you can start to attract and bring in lots more business to whatever it is that you do, whatever your expertise may be.

But let's start by talking about what might be preventing you from blogging regularly. Perhaps it's a feeling of being completely overwhelmed, or you don't feel you're good with technology. Or maybe you feel like it takes too much time.

It may be that you're not sure what to write or what kind of content to create, so you keep putting it off. Maybe you're using perfectionism as an excuse, so you don't create anything at all, instead of creating something you can start with.

The other side of why people don't blog consistently is because they are lacking the belief in themselves, that they really are an expert. They ask themselves, "why would anybody read a blog post that I wrote?" If this sounds at all familiar, you must change your thinking.

You have to recognize that you ARE an expert, and that no one else knows what you know. Everyone has an expertise in something - but you have to get it out in front of the public eye, or no one will ever know. They'll end up going to your competitors instead, and I'm sure you don't want to see that happen!

Let's get right into the process you need to follow to learn how to start bogging, fast. Follow what I am about to tell you and you will be blogging on a consistent basis. You will be posting more content on your blog than 95% of your competitors. Here is the simple process:

1. Keyword Research. This is all about using Google's free Keyword Research Tool to see what people are searching for related to your market niche. If keyword research is something you do not want to do, then use your own market intelligence for now.

Start by thinking about the most frequently asked questions your customers have about your products or services. Why do they come to you - what problem do you solve for them?

2. Create An Editorial Calendar. The next step you want to take is to create a simple editorial calendar. Use the template at the link below - it's all you will need for now. This will keep you on track and consistent with your blogging goals and efforts.

3. Create a Mindmap. Now you are ready to organize your thoughts around each blog post you create by using a Mind Map tool. We use a free tool called "FreeMind", which you can find using Google Search.

4. Write Your Content! You can type it out, record it and send it off to be transcribed, or you can check out the software we use to create blog posts by following the link below.

Now you want to keep a few things in mind when writing your post for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes. First, you want to make sure that your keyword is in your title. Second, you want it to be in the first sentence of the first paragraph, and in a few more paragraphs throughout the article. Finally, it needs to be in the last paragraph as well.

Lastly, be sure you have a call to action - tell people how they can contact you for more information, or on how to buy your product or service. You can also offer to give people a free report, a PDF of some kind, a white paper, etc. The point is to offer them something return for them taking action on calling you or buying from you. You want them to become a lead or customer after reading through your blog post.

When you follow these steps and the tips outlined in this article, you'll position yourself online to get more traffic and visitors to your site, and to turn more of those visitors into clients or customers.

In conclusion, I recommend writing at least 3 blog posts per week. Keep them at 500 - 700 words per post. Doing all of this will get you going on how to start blogging fast for your business.

This is not only how to start blogging fast, but also how to reach top market positioning in your industry quickly, and be perceived as the trusted authority in your niche.
