Paper jams are a common problem that is experienced by users of these items. The device can be producing faded items. This not only annoys but it leads to a lot of wastage especially when producing in bulk. The printing density might have been set way too low than it should be. Again it can result from insufficient amounts in the cartridges. Make sure you set the density a bit higher.

Ghosting is an issue where the image is going to be printed on the paper, but on some other part, the same appears in other parts. It automatically makes the item obsolete which is a waste of resources being used. The problem results from the power supply. Disconnect it and plug in another device to bring it back to normal.

At times, the product made might be easily distorted by merely running a hand over it. This comes from damage occurring to the fuse assembly, spillage inside the item and default toner that lets out uncontrolled amounts of ink during the process. Printing from a tray other than the specified or intended one is also a common problem. Occasionally, there might be a jam where it ends up picking papers from the wrong source, and this creates confusion and even printing of wrong item specifications. It originates from the settings either on the PC or those that are set on them.

Finally, the product might have lines appearing all over that were not on the intended document. They originate from particles being present on the lenses or mirror. Again they can be from malfunctioning of the drum. To get rid of such issues, clean the mirror on a regular basis. Moreover, replace the cartridge or any other part that might have a malfunction in the course of work.
